Akhirnya admin Donkeymails Mr. sebas broekhof memberikan penjelasan tentang apa yang terjadi pada donkeymails. Menurut keteranganya permasalahan donkeymails adalah ada pihak yang mengambil domain tersebut dan mengganti name servernya dengan punya mereka sendiri kemudian dipasang domain for sale. Menurut info di who.is pemilik barunya adalah JENNIFER LEUNG 43 LUTON ROAD LONDON.
Kemudian Mr. Sebas berusaha untuk mendapatkan kembali domain tersebut dengan membeli lagi dari orang tersebut dan sekarang sedang dalam proses perbaikan yang memerlukan waktu sekitar 2 sampai 7 hari untuk transfer domain dan ganti server.
Mereka juga menjamin bahwa akun termasuk earning dan refferal di donkeymails aman-aman saja.

Today we have some new Donkeymails Update!
First no worry we are comming back soon!
First about the problem. Some years ago someone steal our domain name donkeymails.com during these years they never had done anything with the domain, so donkeymails was always working fine. Only 11 days ago they put domain for sale which makes donkeymails.com not working anymore that time. (no worry all info is still save).
With the sale we purchased our domain name back from the current seller. We are now working in the process to get the domain name back and we started the transfer. This means we hope it start work again in 2 till 7 days which is the time for transfer domains (and change nameserver back).
So we hope to get back soon again but it is not total in our control howlong it will take from now.
Then about all earnings, all earnings, refs are still in the accounts fine. And ofcourse we make some great things when we are back to compensate all for the time we where down!
